Antique Plains Indian Beaded & Quilled Knife Sheath

Circa 1890

This is a nice Plains beaded and quilled sheath with tin cones and dyed horsehair at the bottom. The sheath retains a old Sothebys lot label number, but I do not know from which year.

The beadwork is in good condition and sinew sewn. the quilled slats have some damage.
